What payment option and minimums do you have?

Answer: We accept all major credit cards ( Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and we also accept payments through PayPal.

Note: For Prompt Service we recommend shipping to the same address where you receive your credit card bill.

If your address is different, then we will verify your address with your bank and this may delay or cancel your order.

On orders that are Fraudulent then we will contact your Local Police and Federal Authorities.

Do you do Wholesale?
Answer: Yes we Do!!
Please fax us your states tax permit and  a completed Form 01-339. The spaces on this form needs to be filled out with your states information. Once you have completed the Form 01-339 please fax to us this form and a copy of your states tax permit to 1-972-926-9962. Once we have received both forms we will activate your account. If one of the forms haven't been fax to us then this will cause a delay of activating your account or deletion of the account. Do you sell in Large Quanities?
Answer: Yes we Do!!
Large quantities of any size we usually have in stock. If we do not have it in stock we usually ship within 4 weeks. We do our best to meet the customers demand.

What is your policy on backorders?
Answer: We maintain our stock so we don't have any backorders but if a backorder should arise then we get the item(s) in ASAP so we can ship to you in a timely matter.

What if my order has a shortage?
Answer: We do our best to make sure there is no shortage in your order and have safe guards to prevent a shortage but if one occurs then you must contact us immediately within 10 days of receiving your merchandise at 1-877-926-4788 or we can't process your claim.

Do you sell International?
Answer: Yes we do!!

  • $100.00 or less on packages will be shipped by Global Intl Mail which cost roughly $13.00. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, insurance and location of the package.
  • $100.01 - $299.99 on packages will have to be shipped by Global Intl Express and will roughly cost 30.00 and above. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, location and insurance of the package
  • $300.00 or more the package will be shipped by UPS World Wide Expediate and roughly cost 40.95. Shipping adjustments may have to be corrected after you have placed your order because of weight, size, location and insurance of the package. Also shipping this way will allow you to track the package at every stop it makes. The turn around time is 3-5 days with less hassle.

If I place an order when does it ship?

Most orders are processed in in the same day but can take up to 3-5 days from January through September. When ordering during the months of October, November and December will have a longer lead time. When ordering by the website can help reduce processing time.

Why does screen have to scroll right?
Answer:
Best resolution for this site is 1024 x 768 to view it correctly. To change it go to desk top, right click and then go into settings and change the resolution to 1024 x 768 or above. The computer will ask you do you want to apply the settings click yes with out starting the computer and your ready to view it correctly.
